IWUOnline’s degree programs are uniquely designed to provide students with structure and flexibility. All courses that are part of our online degree programs have scheduled beginning and end dates, lasting between six and eight weeks. Courses are presented in an "asynchronous" learning format, enabling students to learn via remote access, and use the Blackboard® system to provide the coursework for each workshop. Asynchronous learning is perfect for students with full-time jobs or family commitments. One of the barriers prohibiting many working adults from going to college is the requirement to be in a particular place at a particular time. The online delivery method provides the same content as a traditional classroom, but with the flexibility lacking from traditional classroom instruction. Each workshop within individual courses has deadline dates assigned
for your classroom activities. IWUOnline students must participate
in the online classroom. When assignments are due, you send them
to them electronically via the Blackboard® system to the instructor,
who will respond accordingly. IWUOnline is designed to provide you
with a convenient and practical way to achieve your educational
