degree
Youre an adult with responsibilitiesa job, a family,

to you, but that goal must fit into your life, not overwhelm it.
Strayer University understands. For over 110 years we have been
providing working adults with many options and opportunities to

build their knowledge base. With flexible schedules, evening and
weekend classes and online courses, Strayer University makes continuing
your education not just possible, but remarkably convenient.
Strayer can help you fit education, along with career, family and
personal responsibilities, into your real and challenging life.
Making the very most of online education, we offer both synchronous,
real-time online courses and asynchronous courses that you can attend
on your own schedule.

degree online, without ever setting foot on campus.
- Strayer University Online classes are smallan arrangement
that encourages active sharing of ideas and experiences.
- Many of Strayer University's professors not only teach, but
also work in their fields and bring a wealth of experience to
the classroom.

Attending Class Online
because technology lets us offer the ultimate convenience.
Online education at Strayer University not only lets you attend
class from any computer with access to the Internet, but gives you
the option of either attending online courses in real-time or completing
your online coursework when it is most convenient for you.
Synchronous Courses
In a synchronous online course, students and instructors all participate
at the same day and time and interact in real-time, just as you
would in a regular classroom. With this "virtual classroom,"
you'll hear live audio from the professor, supported by a live,
"virtual" whiteboard, and you'll be able to communicate
in real-time via text with your professor and classmates.
Asynchronous Courses
Asynchronous courses let students and instructors participate at
different times that fit their schedules. You can attend class any
time, 24/7, accessing recorded audio lectures, video presentations
and supporting materials via the Internet. In addition, you have
the option of participating in real-time chats.
